Return Eligibility
Returns or replacements are accepted only for items that are:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect/wrong item
- Missing from your order
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Requirements
To request a return or replacement:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
- An unboxing video and clear photos must be provided as proof.
Replacement & Refund
Eligible items will be replaced first. A refund will only be issued if a replacement is not available.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost for eligible returns or replacements.
